The third RallyX event of 2025 sees the series head to Latvia for a visit to Bikernieki Race Track on Friday and Saturday. Between the biggest names in the sport returning to the grid, a slate of North region drivers ready to begin chasing their championship, and a strong local entry throughout the field, fans from around the world will have plenty to cheer on in this weekend’s action.

The world’s best reconvened in the Open 4WD class two weeks ago in the Netherlands, as top-level rallycross returned to the iconic Eurocircuit in Valkenswaard. Viktor Vranckx was the class of the field in the two finals, but four different First Corner FC2 drivers would complete the podium over both days—Olsbergs MSE teammates Oliver Eriksson and Fraser McConnell on Saturday, and SET Loenbro’s Tommi Hallman and OMSE’s Casper Jansson on Sunday.

All five will be back this weekend, as will Montalegre winners Ulrik Linnemann and rising star Nathan Ottink, but they’ll face an even deeper field this time out. Last year’s RallyX champion Joni Turpeinen, fellow front-runner Maiko Tamm, and Latvian rallycross icon Janis Baumanis will all join the Open 4WD grid. If that wasn’t enough to get the fans excited, fellow Latvian star Reinis Nits will trade in his post in the race control booth to give lucky fans on-site rides in both the FC2 and 1,000-horsepower, all-electric FC1-X between races.

The fields are just as deep in the other four divisions set to do battle this weekend. The expansion of SuperCar Lites to 10 entries ensures that every class will feature a double-digit field, while CrossCar will boast the largest entry of all with more than 25 drivers lined up. Viktor Johansson and Tobias Daarbak will look to win their third finals of the year in Open 2WD and SuperCar Lites, respectively, while Alex Lindeqvist and Thomas Eek Murstad will try to become the first repeat CrossCar winners of the year and Carl Svedlund carries a three-final winning streak in CrossCar Junior.

American fans looking to watch RallyX action from Bikernieki can stream live and free coverage all race weekend long at youtube.com/@RallyXTV. Streams will kick off on Saturday and Sunday mornings ET.
