INDIANAPOLIS – RallyX Americas is pleased to unveil its 2026 plans today at the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show. Joining USAC for its live stream, series founder Andreas Eriksson unveiled six races at premier venues in both the United States and Canada, welcoming promoters from each venue, while confirming a four-class program that showcases a true ladder from youth competition to the highest levels of the sport.

“We’re thrilled to return the sport of rallycross to a high level in America with the creation of RallyX Americas,” said Eriksson. “We couldn’t be more excited to work with three of the best race tracks and promoters in America to create a stable set of events that will help us grow the sport. We look forward to welcoming a broad slate of professional and grassroots race teams alike to our events, and we can’t wait to throw the first green flag at Crandon in June!”

“Since 1970, Crandon International Raceway has been the unwavering home to off-road racing in the United States. Being part of the expanded worldwide 2026 RallyX series not only provides rally motorsports a stable home in America, but also adds an international flair to Crandon ‘International’ Raceway,” stated Crandon Promoter Marty Fiolka.

“Bringing a RallyX event—one of the fastest-growing motorsports on the planet—to the world’s greatest dirt track is something we’re truly excited about. Showcasing a different style of racing beyond our traditional Sprint Car and Late Model programs lets us share the Eldora experience with fans who may be seeing this place for the first time. We can’t wait to welcome the fast cars and standout drivers of RallyX to Eldora,” said Levi Jones, General Manager, Eldora Speedway.

“As one of North America’s premier legacy rallycross organizers, it is an honour and a privilege to be considered to join such an exciting and competitive championship as RallyX Americas. Also, being right in the heart of Canada’s Energy Transition Valley industrial zone, we feel that it can benefit all parties in showcasing how breathtaking and innovating electric motorsports can be,” said Dominic Fugère, General Manager, Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières.

All RallyX Americas events will feature live streaming, as the series’ European events do. More information on live streaming will be made available closer to the start of the season.

DYNAMIC DIVISIONS

Five classes are set to compete in the inaugural RallyX Americas season:

FC1 features the return of the 1,088 HP AWD electric machines that have revolutionized the sport of rallycross the world over. Now equipped with a 120 dB sound kit by Kicker Audio and sound designed by Borla, the FC1 will deliver an all-new experience in 2026.

FC2 brings classic Supercar-style rallycross back to America, with fire-breathing, 550 HP AWD machines that have proven themselves on both sides of the Atlantic.

Open 2WD returns top-level two-wheel drive rallycross to the United States and Canada. With a relatively free set of regulations, drivers with existing 2WD rally, road racing, and drift cars are encouraged to adapt their cars to take part.

Cross Car and Cross Car Junior give drivers as young as 12 years old the opportunity to race in a major professional series. With agile RWD cross cars like the First Corner FC5 producing up to 150 HP in a lightweight package, these machines are a low-cost entry point for young drivers to hone their skills on their way up RallyX’s traditional-styled ladder.

Additional guest classes may be included at select RallyX Americas events pending demand.
