Unlimited Truck 4WD driver Tracy Graf and UTV Pro racer Ronnie Anderson posted the fastest times in Thursday qualifying for the Parker 400, the opening round of the 2026 American Off-Road Racing Championship. Graf’s 5:23.589 was more than 10 seconds faster than any other driver in his group, while Anderson’s 5:33.159 led a deep and competitive field set to run Friday’s Limited Race.

With this year’s Parker 400 Off-Road Festival, tech, and contingency heading to Lake Havasu City, qualifying for this weekend’s races headed to the area as well, with a five-mile course charted in the Standard Wash area. 46 combined UTV Pro and Class 10 entries would post times in the first group, while 37 of the 38 combined 4WD, 2WD, and SPEC Unlimited Truck entries would post times in the second.

In the first group, UTV Pro racers shone by locking out the top 10, with top Class 10 qualifier and defending overall top qualifier Brody Aikins’ 5:56.752 falling just under four tenths of a second short of 10^th. But when the dust settled on the whole day, Anderson’s pole time would also outshine all but Graf on the course, a testament to just how fast top-tier UTVs have become.

The distribution was slightly more even in the second group, with one entry from each class in the overall top three and multiple entries from each class in the top 10. Graf was followed by top 2WD qualifier Nic Whetstone, who—like Aikins—managed to qualify first in his class for the second year in a row. Qualifying third and best in the SPEC division was Kyle Jergensen, who returns to Parker after missing this race last year.
