Welcome to the official NASCAR 26 Career Mode walkthrough! In this series, we’ll give you the inside line on making the most out of your NASCAR 26 career, working your way up from a start-up team in the ARCA Menards Series to the upper echelons of the NASCAR Cup Series.

In this edition, we’ll be looking at the Facility improvements that you’ll need to make to take your team from an ARCA upstart to a series powerhouse.

Expanding the Empire

Once you’ve put a few races under your belt, the Facilities section opens alongside your Race Shop. You’ve probably noticed, over the course of your first few races, that some things just aren’t available to you yet, such as Level 5 parts, or the ability to hire a PR manager. Facilities are where you’ll unlock those perks that help you reach the next level.

At the ARCA Menards Series level, four Facility improvements are available:

• Specialized Tools: Increase your staff size to allow for a second Mechanic, increasing your Work Points between races.
• Install Vehicle Lift: Allow your crew to complete full repairs on Parts after each race.
• Start PR Department: Hire a PR Manager to find you PR opportunities and Reputation bonuses.
• Create Business Account: Unlock access to higher quality parts (Level 5).

Four additional improvements are available per series as you progress up the NASCAR ladder. You can browse through the full set of Facility improvements at any time, although you won’t be able to unlock them until you reach that series.
